My daughter scored 269 of st(hills) category from Assam.Is she has a chance for MBBS govt. Medical collage in Assam?

Hi Mirjily Tokbipi,
Last year the last mbbs seat for st (hills) quota in assam was secured at the marks of 249.
Since this year the paper was relatively easy as compared to last, the cutoff may go up by 5 to 10 marks for your concerned quota.
Since your dauhter scored 269 she has high chances of mbbs seat in assam, be assured she will definitely get a bds seat at this mark.
So keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best.

Dear Mirjily, since your daughter belongs to ST(HILL) category then she can get any govt college in ASSAM under STATE QUOTA.

I am sorry to inform you that your daughter has very less chances to get into govt colleges through the AIQ and state quota both even though she belongs to the reserved categories.
However try the college predictor to know the colleges she may get according to the score.
