Based on previous year's cut-off trends you have chances of getting government college in AU region and SVU region as well.However cut off is subjected to change it may slightly increase or decrease.But yes, you're on safe side.Below is the list of government colleges which may fetch you a seat

As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With OBC category rank and 476 marks, you have high chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state tgrough state quota. Some of the colleges you might get-
