With Marks you scored you are having chances of getting a government medical college MBBS seat. I suggest you to go for counselling and may be you get a seat. As far as the cut off is concerned may be it lie between 410-430.
It may also vary. Hence you are just on the boundary line still you go for counselling and have a look..
