If I wait for 2nd, 3rd round wbjee seat allotment result then should I opt for yes upgradation now?

Hello aspirants
If you are not satisfied with your alloted College then
You are required to visit the reporting center and should
apply for further upgradation of your choices.
You may get other colleges in further rounds.
Further more you can also wait till round 4 but its quite risky.
