In youth case you rank must be around 139000.
With this rank I belive its tough to get computer science branch in RAIT as per past year records closing rank for computer science branch was around 35,000.
But you can get branch like electronic and communication.
If you want to appear in jee main April exam for that you need to apply for it the the application form shall begin from 07th of February and shall remain open till 07th of March.
