Is mtech possible twice? I mean joinning mtech at state gov. & if get good marks in gate18 & like to go in iit-nit

Yes, you can go for it there will be no issue but one more option you can consider and that is go for a job along with that keep preparing for Gate 2018. Because as per my view doing M.Tech twice wont be that good.
But still choice is yours so decide well.
