I have got 493 in neet 2017 , can I get a govt college in up for mbbs?My category is general.

As Priyanka said, I too agree with her. And also you can get BDS seat like that. For best medicine colleges with that rank, private would be better option.

You have less chances to get seat in Govt colleges under state and AIQ as well. But if you want you can try for private colleges.
