Hello,
WIth the given expected marks using our JEE Main Rank Predictor tool your predicted overall rank will be in between 3989 - 5639 and your predicted category rank will be in between 606 - 1656. It is not clear whether you come under OBC-NCL or OBC-CL. If you belong to OBC-CL then you are considered as general category candidate. In 2019 the cut off rank in round 7 for admission in NIT, Warangal is as follows under AP state quota

Considering this you may have chances of getting seat in ECE and CSE if you belong to OBC-NCL and if you belong to general category then you have chances of getting seat in ECE only. However, cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease slightly depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
