if i score 67.2 percentile in jee mains and rank is 358036 in general is it right to apply for dte mp counselling

Yes, you should apply, and i will suggest you to apply for other states too. States like Maharashtra, Punjab, Haryana, etc provides admissions through their state counselings in good institutes. You can use college predictor tool to know about all possible colleges you might get and accordingly you can go for the state counselings.
