Gfti like Bit Mesra , Pec Chandigarh, IIEST Shivpur are top colleges and you may get them with lower branches like biotechnology,production engineering , Metallurgy.
And there are also some Gfti like Gurukul Kangri Haridwar,Assam University,Tejpur University,Sant Longowal Punjab in which your chances of getting CS looks possible.
So, apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling and wait till special round of counseling.
Cutoff changes every year and all things depends on cutoff.
