As both colleges are new and good as per as studies are concerned but here i will suggest you to go according your will . If you have interest in CS then go in mdu r ohtak and if you are interested in Ec the go for IIIT bhagalpur .

As per your query if you want to upgrade your seat then you should either slide or float the seat that is allotted to you. But since you have mentioned that you already took admission then you would have to register yourself and forfeit the seat and if it is cancelled before last date only 1000 Rs will be deducted as processing money rest will be refunded and after that they would take fine according to the college rules.

according to the eligibility for applying for JoSAA counselling, you will be able to go for counselling from the state where you have completed your 11th and 12th ie. Telangana.

It might affect because income certificate is most impprtant thing because based on which your eligibility checked whether to give admission under ews or not. So just correct it or make a new one before document verificatiom, so that you won't get problem.

There is no confirmation made by the concerned authorities regarding exact results date for TSPGCET, it might get released anytime soon,

TSCHE will declare the results on its official website, in order to view the results, follow the steps mentioned below;

• Visit the official website at pgecet.tsche.ac.in
• Click on the link of download rank card
• Login with your credentials such as registration number, hall ticket and DOB
• The results will be displayed on the screen.

I think your preparation should go in a parallel manner for both ipe and eamcet.

It is because the parallel preparation for both the exams give you a enhanced strategy .

When ipe exams are near by one month then concentrate more on ipe after those exams you can prepare  only for EAMCET .

But as for now make a parallel preparation for both the exams .
