Now, look, the all iits you have mentioned here are new ones. So, they are not good at all like the old & top ones. So, among these mentioned iits, iit palakkad & iit tirupati started in 2015 where the other ones started in 2016.

IIT Dharwad & Goa have a better location than others. So, there's  a little transport advantage. For, for academics & placement I recommend iit tirupati .

The first batch of IIT Tirupati passed out  recently. Many of them were placed in descent companies like Honeywell, WiSig Networks and Waycool.

But cut off varies every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty level of exam paper, number of seats available etc.
