the actual cutoff for cse in vishnu college last year was 47458,so i reckon u may not get a seat in this college. i suggest u that there are lot more colleges u can get cse with this rank like aditya (tekkali),and lot more local colleges in vishakapatnam. better check with other colleges.

As you got 52.8 (EAMCET + IPE SCORE) percentile you may get rank in between 15,800 to 20,000. you have to note that this is just a prediction based on previous year rankings. rankings will be based on factors like toughness of paper and number of students appeared for examination.

As you have mentioned let me tell you that 15% reservation is kept for  All India Quota Counselling seats and 85% is kept for State counselling already so no seats are shifted to state quota. The seats are filled according to the cutoffs rest are kept for mop up rounds. You can check the official website for more updates and information.

In Sathayabhama University, 85% of students got placements in the CSE department. Product companies like Google, Microsoft, etc., hardly selected 5–6 students from the overall college. Most of the students got placements in service-based companies like Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, etc. The highest package offered is 41 Lakhs per annum, and the lowest package is 2.5 Lakhs per annum. So, you can choose the university. You should study hard to get higher paid jobs.
