not receiving the email for verification

Samprikta Mondal 2nd Nov, 2024

Here are the steps you can take for resolving the problem of a missing verification email:

First, check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes the verification emails get filtered here.
Resend the Verification Email: Most websites let you resend the verification email. Look for a "Resend Verification Email" link or button on the signup page.
Check your email address. Ensure that you typed the correct email address during sign-up. A small typo can make the difference.
Contact the website's customer support if the above steps do not trigger a confirmation email. They will help debug the problem or offer alternatives for verification.
Extra Tips
Be patient. Sometimes, it takes some minutes to get the confirmation email.
Check Your Internet Connection: The slow or unstable internet may cause delay in receiving the emails.
Try Another Email Address: If it persists, try using another email address.
With these, you should be able to resolve the issue and get your email address verified successfully.

my mother name is gayatri in hindi in 10th addmission register but in my 10th board registration and marksheet mother name gyatni in english i passed 10th 2015. any problem face

Deepti Singh 2nd Nov, 2024

Hello,

Diverse spellings of your mother's name on different documents may create a problem if you need further education or some official purpose. This is what you can do in that situation:

Documentation: Keep all the documents ready, including your 10th board registration, marksheet, and even the admission register where she was mentioned. It will definitely clear the matter if anything comes up.

Affidavit: You can prepare an affidavit stating that both names are referring to the same individual. This will act like a legal document clarifying any discrepancies.

Contact Authorities: Contact the school or board wherein you had your 10th exam. Inquire if it is possible to correct the name in your marksheet to that of the admission register since it might be required in the near future.

Any gaps in your college or further studies applications should be clearly explained with supporting documents explaining why you took that gap.

Though it presents a minute hindrance, the above action reduces possible causes.
