College Portal:

If your college has an online portal for student access, then search from your account. Your college registration number is likely to be available on your profile page or in your official academic records.

Contact the College Administration:

Contact your college's administration office or registrar's office or student affairs office

Inform them about your details like name, year of joining and course details. They might be able to assist you to get the registration number.

Check your Emails:

At times, the colleges send messages regarding the number of your registration through email as well. Also, check spam.

If you are not able to locate the registration number, do not hesitate to contact the college you recently applied to. They will be the best resource in locating that information for you.

If you have opted for PCB at +2 level, and you are not able to clear physics exam its simply means physics is not for you. There are various subjects at UG level which doesn't required physics you can opt for that course.  you should opt for same subjects at your degree level in which you are interested.

BSc biotechnology, BSc microbiology, bsc life sciences, bsc nursing or bsc in diet are still good options to consider.So First you visit any degree college and enquire about the combinations they are offering at UG level, and take a decision.
