there is a change in my dob in school transfer cerficate ,but in my bith certificate in different i want correct my dob in TC but the principel is deny to change it

Samprikta Mondal 11th Nov, 2024

Once a date of birth has been included in an official certificate, it cannot be easily changed again, like in a Transfer Certificate (TC).

Probably, the management of the school took the decision based on the school's policies and procedures, which might not have been accessible for her for modification.

What you can do in the following options: Call Higher Authorities:

If your school has an authority above it, such as DEO or Regional Director, then you can appeal to them and tell them that there was indeed some date mix-up or some problem in recording your date of birth while you were in the other school, supporting this with valid proof. Legal Option:

The final option would be to get legal counsel and proceed with a court petition to correct the situation. This option is often long-drawn and costly, so careful consideration should be in order.

Future Consequences:

While your TC carries a wrong date of birth for you, it may not pose a significant problem in the long run since it does not necessarily deter future academic or professional undertakings. Most institutions and many organizations would accept other proofs of your date of birth like that found on your birth certificate.

Also, you should consult with either a legal practitioner or an education specialist so that you clearly understand what procedures apply to your specific case and what the implications are in law.

They will be able to provide you with unique advice and directives on what to do next.

ive lost my neet scorecard 2019 and i need it for fmge ive mailed nta but theres no response what do i do ?

Samprikta Mondal 11th Nov, 2024

Here are the steps to retrieve your lost NEET 2019 scorecard:

Check your Email: Look through your email inbox. Don't forget the spam and promotions folder. There must be an email from NTA mentioning regarding NEET 2019 result or scorecard.

Visit the NTA Website:

Go the official website of NTA.

Look for the section called "NEET".

Look if link is there for download scorecards of previous years. You may be required to provide your application number, birth date and security pin.

Contact NTA Helpdesk:

Send your complaint to the NTA helpdesk through their website or helpline number. Brief your problem clearly and ask for their aid to obtain your scorecard.   Don't forget to remember to be able to offer all your NEET application number, your roll number and other details to them.

If you still cannot retrieve your scorecard by above options, then, you may make use of these alternatives:

Apply through RTI Application: You can apply for an RTI, i.e., a Right to Information application to NTA to get a copy of your scorecard. This, in any case, would be a time-consuming process, but somehow, could be useful.

Contact your coaching institute or college: They would probably have a copy of your scorecard or could help you get it from the NTA.

Don't lose hope and keep trying an attempt to get back your scorecard. Keep trying different ways and don't shy away from taking legal help from the concerned authorities.

I checked information bulletin there they mentioned 2023,2024,2025 can appear for exam But in other guideline they said 12th passed in 2022 result declared on or after September 2022 are eligible they mentioned am literally confused Please Guide me.

Samprikta Mondal 11th Nov, 2024

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has clarified the eligibility criteria for the JEE Main 2025. According to the official notification, candidates who have passed Class 12 in 2023, 2024, or are appearing in 2025 are eligible to appear for JEE Main 2025.   Thus since you are giving your Class 12th board exams in 2024-25 you are eligible for applying to the JEE Main 2025.

Few things to Remember:

Minimum Marks: Even though the percentage marks for taking up the JEE Main exam has no barrier, the candidate will be eligible to get admission into the IITs, NITs, or IIITs if he has secured a minimum percentage of marks in class 12.

Subject Combination: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at the Class 12 level only must have been done.

Make sure you have all the qualifications and also follow the guidelines that the NTA has issued for getting qualified in JEE Main 2025.
