Is JEE Main syllabus similar to the syllabus of CBSE and other state boards of Class 11 and 12?
This is primarily based on the CBSE Class 11 and 12 syllabus for all three subjects - Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
In a nutshell, though NCERT is excellent as a starting point, JEE Main is comparatively more vibrant with deeper thinking and hence it requires much more problem-solving acumen.
Key Takeaways
NCERT as Reference: NCERT books for Class 11 and 12 can be taken as a good foundation to start with JEE Main.
Other Reference Books: You can refer to some reference books like HC Verma for Physics, NCERT for Chemistry and RD Sharma or Cengage for Maths
Practice Daily: You should practice many practice problems and previous years' question papers to improve problem-solving and time management skills.
Join an Abode Coaching Institute: There are institutes of coaching and a good one can guide you through proper support from certified faculty and a competitive learning environment. Many students regularly interact with teachers to clear their doubts on specific topics or concepts.
By these tips and diligent study habits, you could all too well prepare yourself for the JEE Main and pass it successfully.
Actually im general. is it okay if I leave my caste as obcncl rather than changing to general. at the time of admission ill be considered as general thats all right?? nothing more than that will happen right?
Hello Jayyanth
No you should not mention your caste as OBC NCL if you don't have that caste certificate and you belong to general category.
You must enter your caste as GENERAL . If you don't do that your application form may be rejected.
OBC stands for other Backward class and NCL stands for non creamy layer that means the category in which patents income is less than 4 lakh per year. Also presenting caste certificate is mandatory, without caste certificate no candidate will bd considered as obc ncl.
Candidates belonging to this category should meet the necessary eligibility criteria and certain documents for getting the benefits of reservations of seats.
Hello Sir, I give 12th Maharashtra board exam in 2022 and get 48% and not clear grouping, now Im in 2nd year of BA and Im now thinking that I have made huge mistake. Sir now want to improve my 12th marks by and get admission through mht-cet in any good college sir is that possible for me.
To be eligible for mht CET you should have 50 percent in combined of all subjects that you have in your class 12th standard.
if you have less than 50 percent you will definitely not going to give examination only students allowed For reserved category with 40 percent.
If you want to repeat 12th you can but it will take your precious years so think before doing that it must contribute to your future goals.
Other thing is if you want to do job in future you can do it by scoring good in your graduation.i suggest you to pass your b.a exam with good marks more than 50 percent that makes you eligible for the most of the masters courses in future in good universities.
Its not necessary to change your past mistakes rather than learn from your mistakes.
Good luck ..
sir my rank neet pg is 69320 i can get any clinical post in neet pg
Yes, you can get a seat depending on the cut-off mark but in non clinical post at this rank.if you are satisfied with this go ahead or you can do is try next year and achieve good rank for clinical.
Keep trying till the last round and you'll definitely make it. Make sure you enter the right colleges during option entry with the priority according to their cut-off rank and availability of seats.
Keep trying! Don't give up.
Best of luck :)

As per the current time I need to decide between Allen Kota and Resonance Kota. So which one would be better?
Based on current trends and reputation, Allen Kota is generally considered the better choice compared to Resonance Kota for JEE preparation, especially if you prioritize a larger faculty pool, diverse teaching styles, and a slightly more competitive environment.
According to higher success rate, comprehensive study material, faculty allen is best or if you want small batch personalized attention, cost affordability then go for reasonance kota.choice is yours
My all documents have same name as fathers name : "virendra" , but in my fathers document or ids it is "Birendra"..and my document no mistake is there. But my father has his name Birendra. This is the concern.what should I do? Will be any problem in dv or in my recruitment process?or any problem?
Not at all,you just need to attach affidavit for the mistake of names in your father's documents which is a legal document can be made by any lawyer for 100 rupees.at the time of counselling process most of them are very helpful and they will let you know the process of this which is so simple.
Focus on preparing the exam rather than this thing its not a big problem.you can ask your fellow too if you have still doubt.
All the best..
