kumardurgesh1802 2nd Oct, 2024

Hello Aman,

To apply for an OBC certificate in Maharashtra without the 1967 proof or your father's LC, follow these steps:

  1. Alternative Documents : Submit other proofs like your father's or grandfather's caste certificate, old voter lists, or village records showing your family's caste.

  2. Non-Availability Certificate (NAC) : If your father's LC is unavailable, get a NAC from his school.

  3. Affidavit : Provide an affidavit from your father stating the OBC status if required.

  4. Local Tehsil/Taluka Office : Submit your application with alternative documents at the local office.

  5. Consult a Lawyer : Seek help from a lawyer for specific guidance or document formats.

This should help you apply successfully despite the missing documents.

What are other central govt exams which alligns similar to neet syllabus?

kumardurgesh1802 3rd Oct, 2024

Hey there,

Several central government exams align closely with the NEET syllabus, as they cover subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Here are some of them:

  1. AIIMS MBBS Entrance Exam : Although AIIMS MBBS has merged with NEET, this exam historically had a similar syllabus and still reflects NEET's focus.

  2. JIPMER MBBS Entrance Exam : JIPMER used to conduct its entrance exam, which also had a similar structure and syllabus to NEET. Now, admissions are based on NEET scores.

  3. ICAR AIEEA (UG) : This exam is for admission to agricultural courses at undergraduate levels. It includes Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics, which overlap with NEET subjects.

  4. AFMC MBBS : The Armed Forces Medical College uses NEET scores but may have additional criteria, aligning with the NEET syllabus.

  5. Veterinary Sciences Entrance Exams : Many state and central exams for veterinary science courses (like AIPVT) also have a NEET-like syllabus.

These exams offer opportunities in fields related to medicine, agriculture, and veterinary sciences, with similar preparation to NEET.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

is BCA students eligible for GATE ?

Sajal Trivedi 2nd Oct, 2024

Hello aspirant,

BCA students are not qualified to apply for GATE.
On the other hand, individuals pursuing an MCA after completing their BCA are deemed qualified to sit for the GATE exams. It is argued that the BCA syllabus does not provide the solid basis in courses like physics and chemistry that M. Tech students need, which is why MCA is necessary. GATE exams are available to MCA students in their second and third year.

Thank you

sir upsosb counselling me koi dikkat toh nhi ho gye sir ? upsosb valid hai jossa counselling koi dikkat toh nhi ho gye sir ?

monag2673 2nd Oct, 2024

The Uttar Pradesh State Open School Board (UPSOSB) is a recognized board for open schooling, offering flexible learning opportunities to students who may not follow the regular schooling system. However, when it comes to admission and counseling processes like **JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority)**, which manages admissions to IITs, NITs, and other central institutions through JEE Mains and JEE Advanced scores, the recognition of the qualifying board is crucial.

If you have completed your 12th from UPSOSB, it is important to ensure that the board is recognized by the **Ministry of Education** and is included in the list of eligible boards mentioned by JoSAA. As long as UPSOSB is recognized by the authorities that govern the admissions process, you should not face any issues during the JoSAA counseling.

However, to be completely sure, you can verify the recognition status of UPSOSB on the official JoSAA or National Testing Agency (NTA) websites or directly inquire with the JoSAA helpdesk. If UPSOSB is recognized, then you should be able to participate in the counseling process without any problems.

In summary, if UPSOSB is recognized, there should be no issue, but it's wise to double-check the specific requirements of JoSAA.

hope this helps you!!
