How should i choose between pursuing higher studies or starting a job immediately after graduating

gopi 29th Apr, 2025

Hi Gayathry Sreekumar,

Whether you decide on higher studies or starting your career is determined by your career objectives, your financial circumstances, and whether you are certain about what you want to do. If you know the specialization you want to get into or are targeting the roles that need further qualifications (e.g. - research and data science roles or academia), then higher studies can be a good investment. Alternatively, if your goal is industry experience, develop financial independence, or are still trying to learn more about your interests, starting a job can expose you to practical activities which can help with future study decisions.

Your financial situation should also be an consideration because higher studies can be expensive and it's beneficial if you cash otherwise. If you were to go down academic studies instead of higher studies, many people work for some years and save money where they may want to pursue their master's or MBA with a financially stronger profile. Ultimately, there is no perfect answer - it is about resolving and deciding on what fits with your situation and future objectives.

Iam getting nsut ICE and dtu mechanical which will be best among these ..... How is the nsut ICE placement....

lisa 24th Apr, 2025

For most, DTU Mechanical would be the better choice compared to NSUT ICE. DTU is generally considered a higher-ranked institution, especially for mechanical engineering. NSUT's ICE placements, while good, might not be as high as some other fields at NSUT or as high as DTU's Mechanical.

difficulty level of aiims in punjab bsc nursing

Rubina Naseer 23rd Apr, 2025

The difficulty level of the AIIMS B.Sc. Nursing exam is generally considered moderate to high. The exam tests knowledge in core subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, based on the Class 12 curriculum, with additional questions in General Knowledge.

- Physics, Chemistry, and Biology: These sections are concept-heavy and require a strong understanding of Class 12 NCERT books. The questions are more application-based and require analytical thinking.

- General Knowledge: This section is often considered less challenging but requires staying updated with current affairs, health-related news, and general science.

In short, consistent preparation and a solid grasp of the core subjects are key to managing the difficulty.
