which stream is better in now a days trend

Kanishka kaushikii 29th Sep, 2024

Hello aspirant,

The "better" stream to pursue depends on your individual interests, strengths, and career goals. Both Science and Commerce streams offer a wide range of opportunities and have their own advantages.

Science Stream:

  • Suitable for: Students interested in fields like medicine, engineering, technology, research, and pure sciences.
  • Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and often English.
  • Career paths: Doctors, engineers, scientists, researchers, teachers, and more.

Commerce Stream:

  • Suitable for: Students interested in business, finance, economics, management, and administration.
  • Subjects: Accountancy, Economics, Business Studies, Mathematics, and often English.
  • Career paths: Chartered accountants, bankers, economists, managers, entrepreneurs, and more.

Factors to consider when choosing a stream:

  • Your interests: What subjects do you enjoy and excel in?
  • Your career goals: Which field do you want to pursue after completing your education?
  • Your aptitude: Do you have a strong aptitude for science or commerce subjects?
  • Your personality: Do you prefer practical and hands-on learning (Science) or theoretical and analytical learning (Commerce)?

It's important to note that both streams offer diverse career paths, and the "better" stream is subjective and depends on your individual preferences and aspirations.

Here are some additional resources that might be helpful:

  • Career guidance counselors: They can provide personalized advice based on your interests and strengths.
  • Online career tests: These can help you identify your interests and potential career paths.
  • Talk to professionals in the field: Learn about their experiences and advice.

I hope this information helps you.

Can I get MD gynecologist after DGO in in-service quota How much rank will need in Maharashtra for the same

Ashita Singh 29th Sep, 2024

Hello,

Yes, it is possible to pursue an MD in Gynecology after completing a DGO (Diploma in Gynecology and Obstetrics) under the in-service quota. In Maharashtra, candidates applying through this quota typically need to secure a rank that falls within a competitive range. The exact rank required can vary from year to year based on factors like the number of seats available, the overall performance of applicants, and reservation policies.

For a good chance at securing a seat, it is generally advised to aim for a high rank in the NEET PG exam, usually within the top few hundred ranks, depending on the year's cut-off trends. However, each year’s cutoff can fluctuate, so checking the latest details and staying updated on the current year’s ranking trends for in-service candidates is crucial.
