Hello Sir/Madam Completed +2 (10+2) , can i take Diploma cource 1 year in IGNOU and take LLB 3years

Juee Hote 24th Sep, 2024

Indeed, you can enrol in an IGNOU 1-year diploma program after finishing your 10+2 and then go on to a 3-year LLB program. But here's what you need to remember:

IGNOU Diploma: After your 12th grade year, you can enrol in a variety of 1-year diploma programs offered by IGNOU, although this won't immediately qualify you for an LLB.

LLB Eligibility: A bachelor's degree (BA, B.Sc., or B.Com.) from an accredited university is required to complete a three-year LLB program. A diploma is insufficient to meet this criteria.

Obtaining an LLB requires completing a Bachelor's degree first.

Naki dost application lo set raledhu eppudu em cheyali

Jefferson 25th Sep, 2024

Opps, sorry to hear that! Looks like you missed the application deadline, huh? Don't worry too much, these things happen sometimes.

At this point, you've got a couple options:

1. Check if there's any way to submit a late application. Some colleges might still consider it, though no guarantees.

2. Look into colleges that have later deadlines or are still accepting applications. There might be some good options out there.

3. Consider taking a gap year if you're set on certain colleges. You could use the time to beef up your profile for next year's admissions.

Want me to suggest some colleges that might still be open for applications? Or if you're thinking about specific courses, I could look into those too. Just let me know what you're after and I'll try to help out.

Hang in there, alright? This setback doesn't define your future. We'll figure something out!

which is better, cmrit or sjbit

monag2673 23rd Sep, 2024

Choosing between CMR Institute of Technology (CMRIT) and SJB Institute of Technology (SJBIT) depends on several factors like academic quality, infrastructure, placements, and personal preferences.

1. **Academic Reputation**:

Both CMRIT and SJBIT are reputable colleges in Bangalore, but CMRIT has a slight edge in terms of academic collaborations, research initiatives, and industry exposure. CMRIT is known for its focus on engineering disciplines and offers a strong academic curriculum with updated course content.

2. **Infrastructure**:

Both institutes provide good infrastructure, including modern labs, libraries, and campus facilities. CMRIT is often considered to have better infrastructure, especially in terms of tech-oriented labs and research centers.

3. **Placements**:

CMRIT generally has a better placement record with a wider range of companies, especially in IT and core engineering sectors. Companies like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro are regular recruiters. SJBIT also has decent placements, but the range of companies and the package offered may be slightly lower in comparison.

4. **Campus Life**:

Both colleges offer vibrant campus life, but CMRIT's location in Whitefield, a tech hub, offers better industry exposure and internship opportunities.

Overall, **CMRIT** might be a better choice for engineering, especially if placements and infrastructure are priorities. However, SJBIT also offers solid education, particularly for students seeking a more affordable option.

I have paid fees for AIQ neet ug counseling but I didnt get service

monag2673 23rd Sep, 2024

If you've paid the fees for NEET UG All India Quota (AIQ) counseling but haven't received any service or confirmation, here are some steps you can take:

1. **Check Transaction Status**:

Verify whether your payment was successful by checking your bank statement or payment gateway. Sometimes, failed transactions may show as pending. Ensure you have a receipt or transaction ID for reference.

2. **Counseling Portal Status**:

Log in to the official NEET counseling website (MCC) and check if your payment has been updated in your account. There may be a delay in reflecting payments.

3. **Contact Authorities**:

If the payment is not updated, contact the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) helpdesk immediately. Provide them with details such as your transaction ID, candidate ID, and payment receipt to help them track your payment.

4. **Raise a Grievance**:

If you don’t get a timely response, file a formal grievance through the MCC portal or email. Include all relevant details, and mention the issue clearly.

5. **Refund Policy**:

Check the refund policy on the official website in case the issue persists and if you decide to opt out of the counseling process.

Act swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure you don’t miss important deadlines.

I can do 5 year llb after completion of a degree but having supply (mg university)

monag2673 23rd Sep, 2024

If you have completed your degree but have a supplementary (supply) exam pending from Mahatma Gandhi University (MG University), you may still be eligible to pursue a 5-year integrated LLB program, but certain conditions apply.

1. **Degree Completion Requirement**:

For admission into a 5-year integrated LLB program, most universities require you to have cleared all subjects and completed your previous degree. Since you have a supply, it is important to clear that exam before applying. Some institutions may allow provisional admission, but you'll be required to submit proof of degree completion within a stipulated time.

2. **Check University Guidelines**:

Different universities or law colleges may have varying eligibility criteria. Check the specific requirements of the university where you wish to apply, as they may offer conditional admission until your backlog is cleared.

3. **Plan for Supplementary Exam**:

Focus on clearing your pending subjects as soon as possible. Once you pass, you’ll have a clear path to applying for an LLB program.

In summary, while having a supplementary exam doesn't automatically disqualify you, it’s essential to clear it before or during the admission process for the LLB program to avoid complications.

hope this helps you!!

I have secured 447 marks in 2024 neet exam. I belong to BCD category. Will I be able to get into medical colleges in Telangana

Kanishka kaushikii 23rd Sep, 2024

It's likely that you'll have a good chance of securing a seat in a medical college in Telangana. The BCD category often has lower cutoff marks compared to the general category.

However, to get a more accurate prediction, I recommend:

  1. Check the official counseling website: The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will release the counseling schedule and cutoff marks.
  2. Use online prediction tools: Several websites offer NEET college prediction tools based on your rank and category.
  3. Consult with experts: If you have any doubts, consider consulting with education counselors or experts who can provide personalized guidance.

Remember: The key to securing a seat is to participate actively in the counseling process and be prepared to make quick decisions.
