To pursue M.Tech in Biotechnology from NIT, you need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

· You must have a B.Tech/B.E degree in Biotechnology or a related field (you have completed B.Tech in Biotechnology from Jaipur National University, so you meet this criterion).

· You must have a valid GATE score (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering).

· You must have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in your undergraduate degree (your passing university and marks are not specified, so it's unclear whether you meet this criterion).

· You must have mathematics as a subject in your 12th standard (you did not have math in your 12th standard, so you do not meet this criterion).

As you did not have mathematics in your 12th standard, you may not be eligible for M.Tech in Biotechnology from NIT.
