Is this dy patil institute autonomous or not

Deepti Singh 14th Sep, 2024

Hello!

In determining whether DY Patil Institute is autonomous, specify which of the DY Patil Institutes you are referring to because the DY Patil name is associated with several institutions under DY Patil University. An institution is termed to be autonomous if it can operate independently from the control of a university-it particularly designs its curriculum and conducts its own exams, granting its own degrees.

DY Patil University is established in Navi Mumbai, and it comprises various colleges-engineering, medical, and management institutes. Whether any specific institute of DY Patil is an autonomous one or not may vary accordingly, namely:

DY Patil College of Engineering: As per the latest updates available, this engineering college has achieved autonomy; therefore, it can take its own academic decision and can modify its curriculum without even taking notice from any central university.

DY Patil Medical College: This college operates within the scope of the DY Patil University but the medical school may not be independent to operate on its own medical courses, usually bound by individual directives issued by the medical councils and other regulatory bodies.

DY Patil International University: Colleges that operate under this name may also have different levels of independence, depending on the particular course run and local regulatory rules in force.

The most accurate and latest information can be accessed from the official website of DY Patil University or the respective institute. Besides that, educational portals like Careers 360 often may update. However one should crosscheck the details directly with the latest institutional announcements or the official educational authorities to ascertain whether or not a particular DY Patil Institute is autonomous.

I have failed in maths and again failed in compartment exam can I still get admission in any college in bca?

Juee Hote 14th Sep, 2024

I'm sorry to hear that your maths test results are giving you trouble. You still have choices to pursue a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree, so don't worry.

Here are some ideas for you to think about:

Returning for Enhancement: You may be able to retake the failed topic in the upcoming board test cycle, according to certain education boards. Next year, you can apply to BCA programs and raise your math score.

Universities with Lax Admissions Requirements: If a student fails a course, several private colleges or distance learning programs could still accept them as long as they pass the course again.Seek out universities that don't demand a passing grade in every topic or that let students make up lost time in classes.

First, diploma courses: A few schools provide IT or computer application diploma programs. After finishing your diploma, you can enrol in one of these courses and then use lateral entry to convert to a BCA degree.

Direct Admissions : Rather than using a student's grades from the 12th grade, some universities choose to admit them based on entrance examinations or interviews. Using this method, you can look for colleges that accept applications for BCA admission.

cbse board exam all question are ncert book

Deepti Singh 14th Sep, 2024

Hello Vinay!!

NCERT books are a standard reference book for students under the CBSE. Major portions of questions in the CBSE board exams generally derive from NCERT textbooks. The central board makes its examination questions based on NCERT textbooks.

Curriculum Alignment: NCERT Syllabus provides the basis upon which CBSE designs its curriculum and exam papers. This way, all the material contained in textbooks is put under test and hence, students are eligible to secure the marks if the students have read NCERT books properly.

Question types: Questions in the board exams are normally taken straight from the NCERT textbooks or framed with a basis on the concepts and topics from these books. The question types may include multiple-choice questions, short answer questions, and long answer questions.

Preparation Strategy: Students should have an in-depth study and practice of what they study from NCERT books. Revisions must be done regularly and previous years' question papers need to be solved so that students get accustomed to question patterns and the type of content emphasized in them.

Additional Resources: Though NCERT books are inevitable, it is always advisable to refer to extra supplementary material or practice papers to get a bit more understanding of the concept and ensure complete preparation.

In short, while not all the questions in the board exam in CBSE are a direct lift from NCERT books, a large percentage of the questions follow content studied from these books. Hence proper preparation with NCERT books would be one of the key strategies to success in exams conducted by CBSE.

I want previous question papers for the entranc exam for integrated Blis -Mlis course

Prachi Kumari 16th Sep, 2024

Hello,

To find previous question papers for an entrance exam for an integrated BLIS-MLIS course, you can try the following approaches:

  1. University or Institution Website : Visit the official website of the university or institution offering the integrated course. Many universities provide access to previous years' question papers or sample papers for prospective students.

  2. Library : Check with the library of the institution where you plan to apply. Libraries often keep archives of previous exam papers.

  3. Contact the Admissions Office : Reach out directly to the admissions office or the department offering the course. They may be able to provide you with past papers or guide you on where to find them.

  4. Online Forums and Groups : Join online forums or social media groups related to library and information science. Current students or alumni might share resources or provide guidance on where to find past papers.

  5. Academic Help Websites : Websites dedicated to academic resources might have question papers or sample papers available for download. Ensure that these sources are reputable to avoid outdated or incorrect information.

  6. Previous Students : If you know someone who has previously taken the entrance exam, they might be able to share their past papers or notes with you.

Hope it helps !

can i get admission in bpth but i have not given neet and i have given cet and scored 92 perfectile in it

Juee Hote 14th Sep, 2024

Since the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPTh) is regarded as a medical degree, admission to it normally requires a score on the National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET), which is administered in most Indian states, including Maharashtra and many others.

State-Specific Policies: Colleges may accept CET for allied health courses such as BPTh in specific states. It is necessary to review the entrance requirements for the particular state. For instance, the NEET test is required for the majority of allied health sciences programs in Maharashtra, including physiotherapy.Private or

Deemed institutions : A few private or deemed institutions may have distinct entrance requirements and may provide admission based only on CET results or directly without the need for a NEET.

Seats with a Management Quota: Some universities may offer management quotas where admission without a NEET score is possible, however the cost may be greater. You would have to ask about this option directly with the respective institutions.

I advise you to immediately enquire about admission requirements from the colleges you are considering.

I got 32 rank in AP PGECET 2024 and I belong to SVU region..can I get a seat in M.Pharmacy ,Pharmaceutics Specialization in Andhra University, Visakhapatnam as the University is of AU region and I belong to SVU region..so will the region be a problem ??is there any chances to get a seat??

Juee Hote 14th Sep, 2024

Area Quotas (AU vs. SVU): Andhra Pradesh is split into the AU area (Andhra University) and the SVU region (Sri Venkateswara University) primarily for educational purposes. A specific proportion of seats are set aside for students from nearby regions (Andhra University's AU region) and a lesser proportion for students from other regions (SVU region in your case).

Considering Non-Local Candidates: If you apply to an AU region university as a candidate from the SVU region, you will be subject to the non-local quota.Approximately 15% of all seats in each program are typically set aside for candidates who are not local. Even below this quota, you have a good chance because to your outstanding rank of 32.

Pay attention to the official counselling alerts and make sure you complete out the choices.

To improve your chances, think about applying to many universities as a backup plan.

Due to the non-local seat quota, the region shouldn't be a big problem, and you're in a good position with your rank.

Wishing you luck!

hello sir mam in my board i got 47 in chem and 46 in physics ( in both of the subject I was passed with grace marks ) in biology 63 having grace would affect my selection in neet when I will go for counseling and admission pls tell

Hridaya Rao 14th Sep, 2024
Hello Student,

Grace marks will not affect your selection during NEET counseling or admission as long as you have passed your 12th-grade exams and meet the eligibility criteria. NEET counseling primarily focuses on your NEET score and rank, not how you passed individual subjects in your board exams.
As per NEET eligibility criteria, candidates need to secure at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (40% for reserved categories) in their 12th-grade board exams. If you meet this requirement, you should be eligible for admission.
However, you can always double-check with specific counseling authorities or colleges, as some institutions may have their own rules regarding board exam marks.

Thankyou. Good luck!

Im s class 12th jee aspirant and havent studied oc i only did GOC and Isomerism so can i complete my OC from SAMARPAN batch of MKA sir from youtube will it be sufficient ???

Kanishka kaushikii 14th Sep, 2024

Completing organic chemistry (OC) from the Samarpan batch of MKA Sir on YouTube can be a good option for you, especially if you have already covered the basics of GOC and Isomerism. However, there are a few things to consider:

  • Scope of the batch: While the Samarpan batch covers most of the important topics in organic chemistry, it may not go into as much depth as a traditional classroom course. You may need to supplement your learning with additional resources, such as textbooks or online tutorials.
  • Your current level of understanding: If you have a strong foundation in GOC and Isomerism, you may be able to complete the batch relatively quickly. However, if you are struggling with these topics, it may take you longer.
  • Your learning style: If you are a self-directed learner who can work independently, you may be able to benefit from the flexibility and convenience of online learning. However, if you prefer a more structured learning environment, you may find it challenging to stay on track without a teacher or classmates.

Overall, completing organic chemistry from the Samarpan batch of MKA Sir on YouTube is a feasible option for class 12th JEE aspirants. However, it is important to be realistic about your expectations and to supplement your learning with additional resources as needed.

I hope this information helps you.

I have failed in one subject and forget to reappear can I get admission in bca with my compartment marksheet?

Hridaya Rao 14th Sep, 2024
Hello Student,

Yes, you can typically get admission into a BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) program with a compartment mark sheet, provided that you clear the subject during the compartment or supplementary exam and obtain the final pass certificate.
However, the specific eligibility criteria for admission might vary depending on the college or university. Some institutions may allow provisional admission based on the compartment mark sheet, but they will usually require you to submit the final pass certificate within a specified time frame.
Its best to check with the admission department of the college or university where you wish to apply for their exact requirements.

Thankyou. Good luck!
