my mother name is incorrectly fill on mht cet form did mother name make any issues further

Tanya Gupta 13th Jan, 2025

An incorrect mother's name on the MHT CET form can lead to issues during the document verification process and while issuing admission letters, as the information must match official records. It’s crucial to correct it immediately to avoid complications later. Contact the MHT CET helpdesk or authorities and request a correction by submitting a written application, along with proof of the correct name (such as your mother’s Aadhaar card or other valid ID). If corrections are not allowed now, ensure you inform the verification officers during counseling. Resolving it early will save time and prevent admission delays.

my mother name is incorrectly fill on mht cet form did mother name make any issues further

Sajal Trivedi 13th Jan, 2025

Hello aspirant,

The for of any competitive exam must be filled with due care and if you have filled you mother's name wrong, then try to correct it. It should match with your class 10th marksheet.

But in my opinion it may not create any hindrance in admission process but I suggest you to correct it if you can.

Thank you

Can we give bvpcet exam from home ? or we have to go to the exam centre????

Prachi Kumari 14th Jan, 2025

Hello,

The BVPCET (Bharti Vidyapeeth Common Entrance Test) exam is generally held at designated exam centers , and you are required to go to the center to appear for the exam.

It is typically not available for home-based online exams, except under special circumstances such as the COVID-19 pandemic when some universities offered remote options.

However, it is best to check the official website or contact the university directly to get the most up-to-date information about exam modes and any recent changes to their policy.

Hope it helps !

Am i elligible for MBA if i have standing arrears in my ug

Sajal Trivedi 13th Jan, 2025

Hello aspirant,

No. A postgraduate degree is the Master of Business. The fundamental requirements for post-graduation participation are that one must have passed undergrad with a degree that is comparable or a degree in the appropriate field.
You need to clear all your arrears before joining the Master's programme. Before you join, the college or university will review all of your documents.

well my academics are 91.89/94.2/78/78.5 in class 10 12 graduation and post grad and then scored 61.31 percentile in cat and iim kasipir just sent an email to apply and then shortlisting will occur but they will not shortlist me the. why have they sent the mail then!

Prachi Kumari 13th Jan, 2025

Hello,

Here are important points regarding your query :-

  • Opportunity for candidates: IIM Kashipur might be inviting candidates for further consideration, regardless of initial CAT scores.
  • Broadening applicant pool: They may aim to review diverse profiles beyond just percentile.
  • Different criteria: Other factors like academic performance, work experience, and diversity may contribute to the decision.
  • Possibility of screening: The email could be a formality, and actual shortlisting will depend on various selection criteria.
  • No guarantee of shortlist: The invitation doesn’t ensure selection; many institutes offer preliminary applications before filtering through comprehensive evaluations.

Hope it helps !

What to do when Im not able to correct my name in mhcet form before submission

Nikhil Anjikhane 14th Jan, 2025

There are three solutions to this:

  1. Fill up a new form : You won’t face any issues while filling out the second form, but you will need to provide a new/alternate email ID and phone number. Additionally, you will have to pay the fees again.

  2. Correction window : In this option, you can change your full name. The correction window might open in March (MHT-CET has not announced an official date yet; this is just a prediction). Stay updated on the correction window news by regularly checking updates on Google or the official MHT-CET website ( cetcell.mahacet.org ).

  3. Unconditional undertaking : This is a form that you need to fill out and carry with you to the exam center. The form will be released when the admit cards are issued. At that time, you can download the form and submit it at your exam center.

I recommend waiting for solution 1.

Can science background students without maths pursue with bba and mba after 12?

Sajal Trivedi 12th Jan, 2025

Hello aspirant,

To be eligible for a BBA, a candidate must receive at least 50% of the possible points in Class XII in any field from an accredited university or educational board. This program is offered to students who fulfill the necessary eligibility requirements for entrance to the BBA degree, hence there is no upper age limit.
For BBA and MBA programs, math is not a required subject. As long as they meet the qualifying conditions, the majority of institutions admit students from all streams.

Thank you

Hope it helps you

first and second semester books are same or not in diploma

Prachi Kumari 13th Jan, 2025

Hello,

In diploma courses, the first and second semester books are typically not the same. Here’s why:

  • Different Subjects: The first semester generally focuses on foundational subjects such as basic mathematics, communication skills, and general science, while the second semester introduces more specialized subjects related to the specific branch of study.
  • Course Progression: As you advance through the semesters, the complexity and depth of subjects increase, so the textbooks evolve accordingly.
  • Curriculum Structure: Many diploma programs have a planned curriculum that builds on knowledge from the first semester to the second, requiring different resources.
