Sir/ Mam ! I passed out diploma in ECE this year and i wrote ECET entrance exam for BTech 2nd year. I got seat and joined in the college but Im not satisfied with the college. I again want to attempt ECET next year for better opportunity and to change my branch from ECE to CS. Is it possible by continuing btech in the present college. Please let me know!
It is not recommended to do preparation with your college doing two things simultaneously will end up to gain nothing so please think before taking admission if you are not satisfied why are you taking admission if this is because you don't want to waste your precious year then its ok go for it you don't know what happened next year.check college placement and curriculum what they will add to your future goals is necessary.you can credit transfer but they admitted only to 2 nd year.all the best

which is better DNB medicine or diploma child health or DTBCT? I have paid counselling access can open college predictor.
The choice between DNB Medicine, Diploma in Child Health (DCH), and DTBCT (Diploma in Tuberculosis and Chest Diseases) depends on your career goals and interests.
1. DNB Medicine (Diplomate of National Board in General Medicine):
Focus: General Internal Medicine.
Scope: Offers broad opportunities in general medicine, including the possibility to specialize further (e.g., Cardiology, Neurology).
Career Prospects: You can work as a consultant physician, pursue super-specialization, or work in academic institutions. The DNB is considered equivalent to an MD in India and recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
2.Diploma in Child Health (DCH):
Focus: Pediatrics.
Scope: Specializes in child healthcare, covering diseases, and conditions specific to infants, children, and adolescents.
Career Prospects: Ideal for those who want to focus on pediatric practice. You can work as a pediatrician in hospitals, clinics, or even run your own practice.
3.DTBCT (Diploma in Tuberculosis and Chest Diseases):
Focus: Pulmonary medicine, including tuberculosis and other chest diseases.
Scope: Specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of respiratory conditions.
Career Prospects: Suitable for those interested in respiratory medicine. You can work in specialized chest clinics, hospitals, or TB control programs.
Which is better?
If you are inclined towards general medicine and possibly super-specialization : DNB Medicine is better.
If you are passionate about child healthcare : DCH is better.
If you are interested in respiratory diseases : DTBCT is better.
Your decision should be guided by your interests and where you see yourself in the future.

can i get MD Gen medicine in Telangana with 11370 all india Rank
Hello aspirant,
The chances of securing MD General Medicine in Telangana with an All India Rank of 11370 are relatively low but not impossible. The cutoff ranks for government medical colleges in Telangana can vary significantly from year to year, depending on several factors such as:
- Number of seats available: The more seats available, the lower the cutoff rank.
- Number of candidates appearing for the exam: A higher number of candidates can lead to higher cutoff ranks.
- Difficulty level of the exam: A more difficult exam can result in lower cutoff ranks.
Here are some factors to consider:
- Government vs. private colleges: Government medical colleges generally have lower cutoff ranks than private medical colleges.
- Category: Candidates from reserved categories (SC, ST, OBC) may have lower cutoff ranks than general category candidates.
- State quota vs. All India quota: Candidates with state quota can have an advantage over those with All India quota.
To improve your chances:
- Utilize counseling services: Many counseling services can help you assess your chances and make informed decisions.
- Explore other options: Consider other medical specialties or states where your rank might be competitive.
- Prepare for future exams: If you're not satisfied with your current rank, consider preparing for future attempts at the NEET PG exam.
It's important to note that the final decision depends on the actual cutoff ranks released by the counseling authorities. You can find the latest information on the official websites of the Telangana state counseling authority and the participating medical colleges.
I hope this helps!
