Prachi Kumari 16th Sep, 2024

Hello,

Yes, you can apply for the NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) October 2024 exams even with a compartment in your Class 12 CBSE Chemistry exam.

Since you missed the practicals, you can try to resolve this by contacting your CBSE school or board for any possible retake options.

Meanwhile, for NIOS, ensure you complete all required registration procedures and submit any necessary documents by their deadlines. Check NIOS’s website or contact their support for specific details about enrolling and scheduling your exams. Make sure to address any pending issues with your CBSE compartment to avoid complications.

Hope it helps !

Yes, you can still apply for the October 2024 CBSE exam even if you have received a compartment in Chemistry.

  1. Contact your school: Inform your school about your compartment in Chemistry. They will guide you through the necessary procedures.
  2. Fill out the compartment form: You will need to fill out a compartment form and submit it to your school.
  3. Pay the fees: There might be a fee associated with appearing for the compartment exam. Make sure to pay it on time.
  4. Prepare for the exam: Start studying for the Chemistry compartment exam. You can refer to your textbooks, notes, and previous year's question papers.
  5. Attend the practical exam: Once you have filled out the compartment form and paid the fees, you will be able to attend the Chemistry practical exam.

Regarding the on-demand exam:

is this website of UPSOSB fake or real? www.upsosb.co.in

sadafreen356 14th Sep, 2024

The website upsosb.ac.in is real and belongs to the Uttar Pradesh State Open School Board (UPSOSB). However, in 2018, the Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF) busted a fake education board with a similar name and found three websites to be fake, including upsosb.ac.in. The fake board was allegedly run from Faridinagar in Lucknow and had opened study centers in several states.

The UPSOSB is an autonomous board that provides education to all, especially to school girls, rural youth, working men and women, and people who were unable to continue their education through the formal system. The UPSOSB was established in 2008 by the state government of Uttar Pradesh to bridge the gap between the government and rural and backward classes

chances of getting a diploma seat in chest medicine at 49470 UR rank this year neet pg 2024 ?

Juee Hote 25th Sep, 2024

Your chances of obtaining a diploma seat in chest medicine (pulmonary medicine) at a NEET PG 2024 rank of 49,470 in the Unreserved (UR) category depend on a number of factors:

1. Cutoff Trends: Every year, there can be variations in the cutoff ranks for diploma programs, especially in specialisations like chest medicine. Clinical speciality diploma seats have historically had lower cutoffs than MD/MS programs. Nonetheless, competition may still be fierce because chest medicine is a highly sought-after speciality.

Diploma seats in less well-known states or universities may have been available at ranks between 40,000 and 50,000 in prior years, although this varies every year.

2. Seat Availability: Compared to other specialities, chest medicine has fewer diploma seats available, and their distribution is also limited.

Allotment Rounds: As you advance to further counselling rounds (Round 2, Mop-up, etc.), more candidates will withdraw after obtaining other options, increasing your chances of getting a seat. This implies, therefore, that you might not be able to secure a spot at a reputable university.

4. College Preferences: Private or lower-tier universities may still be able to provide a diploma seat at your rank, particularly in later counselling rounds. Government and elite medical colleges have higher cutoffs.

5. Category Advantage: Being in the UR category means that there is more competition because general category candidates are assigned the bulk of the seats. In locations or institutions where competition is lower, you might have a chance because certain diploma programs receive less applicant s.
