kya NDA me reasoning pucha jata hai

Prachi Kumari 5th Jul, 2024

Hi,

Yes, reasoning is a part of the National Defence Academy (NDA) exam. The NDA exam includes two papers: Mathematics and General Ability Test (GAT). The GAT paper is divided into two sections:

1. English: Covers grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and more.

2. General Knowledge: Includes sections such as Physics, Chemistry, General Science, History, Geography, and Current Events.

Within the General Knowledge section, there are often questions that test reasoning and analytical abilities, although it may not be a separate dedicated section labeled as "Reasoning". Logical reasoning questions can be embedded within various topics, assessing a candidate's problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Hope it helps!

wrongly gender mentioned in UGC NET EXAM will i be allowed in the exam hall?

Shrutika Wahane 16th Jul, 2024

Hello there,

If you have mistakenly clicked on the wrong gender, you need not to be worried. The NTA (National Testing Agency) conducts UGC-NET Exam twice a year- June and December cycle and always open a correction window for those candidates who have filled any of their details incorrectly. This correction window will give you a chance to correct your mistakes in the application form. But, it is very important to know that this correction window may be or may not be opened for a longer period of time. like for a week or so.

To keep update, carefully watch NTA UGC-NET website.

how to preparation in ssc chsl exam in 2025?

Nitin Kumar 15th Jun, 2024

The first step is to be familiar with the SSC CHSL syllabus and exam pattern. This will give you an idea of the topics covered and the weightage of each section. You can find the latest information on the Staff Selection Commission website.

Once you understand the exam, create a study plan that allocates sufficient time for each section based on its weightage and your strengths and weaknesses.

Make sure you have a strong foundation in the core subjects like English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and General Awareness. There are many resources available online and offline to help you with this.

Regularly solve practice questions and mock tests to improve your speed and accuracy. This will help you identify your weak areas and work on them before the exam. You can find practice materials in books, online websites, and coaching centers.

Regularly read newspapers, magazines, and books to improve your reading comprehension and vocabulary. Stay updated on current affairs by reading newspapers, watching news channels, and listening to news podcasts. You can also refer to government websites and yearbooks for static GK.

i have done my Bsc Graduation in Botany Zoology and Environmental Science. I have given my 6th semester exam but result has not been declared yet. I am confident i will Pass my Graduation with 60+%. So can i become Air Force Flying Officer through AFCAT 2 2024 Exam??? And what other post can get ?

Nitin Kumar 15th Jun, 2024

A minimum of 50% marks each in Physics and Mathematics at the 10+2 level and a minimum of three years of graduation degree (or appearing for the final semester exam) with 60% marks from a recognized university.

Since you have completed your B.Sc. with Botany, Zoology, and Environmental Science, and are confident of passing with over 60%, you meet the educational qualifications for the Flying Branch in AFCAT 1 2025.

  • Ground Duty (Technical): This requires a four-year engineering degree or an equivalent qualification with minimum marks as specified for each role. Your B.Sc. wouldn't qualify for this branch.

  • Ground Duty (Non-Technical): This has openings for graduates from any stream, including your B.Sc. However, there might be specific requirements for each post (e.g., minimum marks, specific degrees preferred).

MY DATE OF BIRTH IS 17TH DECEMBER 2001. AM I ELEGIBLE FOR CDS 1 2025 (IMA)?

kumardurgesh1802 8th Jul, 2024

Hey there,

The age limit to appear in the Combined Defence Services (CDS) Exam is a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 25 years. Additionally, you must be unmarried for some segments like Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA) and Officers’ Training Academy (SSC Course for Men) and have completed your graduation before appearing for the CDS exam.

Given your date of birth is December 17, 2001, you will be eligible to appear for the CDS 2025 exam for segments like Air Force Academy and Officers’ Training Academy (SSC Course for Men) but you won't be eligible for segments like Indian Military Academy (IMA) and Indian Naval Academy (INA) because these segments require the age between 18 years to 23 years and by the time of CDS exam in 2025 your age will be more than 23 years. So, you won't be able to appear for IMA and INA.

If you need more information on any topic, feel free to ask your questions.

Thank you, and best wishes for your future!

what if someone fails in one subject in class 12th but overall result is pass and completed his graduation in first division so is he eligible for SSC CGL examination and can clear document verification?

Nitin Kumar 10th Jun, 2024

Yes,  failing one subject in 12th grade but passing overall and completing graduation in first division will likely make you eligible for the SSC CGL exam and document verification. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) requires a candidate to have passed the 12th class examination from a recognized board. As long as you have a passing certificate for 12th standard, even with a fail in one subject, you meet the basic eligibility criteria.

The SSC CGL emphasizes your graduation degree for most posts. Since you have a first-class graduation, it strengthens your application.

While the general eligibility mentions passing 12th, some specific posts within the SSC CGL might have stricter requirements. Double-check the notification for the specific post you're interested in to ensure there are no additional requirements regarding class 12th subjects or marks.

During document verification, the SSC might ask about the failed subject in 12th. Be prepared to explain the situation honestly. Having a first-class graduation demonstrates your academic ability overall.

It's great that you are taking the initiative to pursue your dream of becoming an IAS officer, Bettaswamy. Many working professionals like you crack the UPSC exam every year.

Anxiety often stems from dwelling on uncertainties. Instead, focus on what you can control – your daily preparation. Break down your study plan into manageable chunks and celebrate small goals. Challenge negative thoughts with realistic and empowering self-talk. Instead of "what if I fail," tell yourself, "I am putting in the effort to succeed, and I am capable of learning from any outcome." Practice relaxation techniques like meditation, deep breathing, or yoga to calm your mind and reduce stress.

Plan your study schedule around your work commitments. Utilize pockets of time for revision and dedicate focused study time during evenings or weekends.
