may I enquire if a diploma in mechanical is eligible for giving clat?

Kanishka kaushikii 16th Aug, 2024

No, a diploma in mechanical engineering does not qualify you to appear for the CLAT (Common Law Admission Test).

CLAT is an entrance exam primarily for undergraduate law programs in India. The basic eligibility criteria usually require a 10+2 qualification or its equivalent.

To be eligible for CLAT, you typically need to have completed your 12th standard or an equivalent examination.

If you're interested in pursuing law, you might consider alternative entrance exams or law programs that accept diploma holders.

I hope this information helps you.

how is br Ambedkar University for psychology?? as many people and students tell that there is no good faculty over there, infrastructure is bad and students come over there are illiterate and belongs to poor background. so Im confused should i pursue bachelors honours in psychology from there or not? i want to know about university is good for taking admission or not for 2024 (means i want recent review)

monag2673 17th Aug, 2024

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University (AUD) in Delhi is known for its focus on social sciences and humanities, including psychology. The university has a growing reputation and offers a well-structured Bachelor's Honours program in Psychology. Here’s a balanced perspective:

  1. Faculty: While some students may express concerns about the faculty, it’s important to note that faculty quality can vary in any institution. AUD has professors with strong academic backgrounds, and the curriculum is designed to be interdisciplinary, providing a broad understanding of psychology. However, it's beneficial to research specific faculty members, their qualifications, and teaching styles.

  2. Infrastructure: The infrastructure at AUD might not be as developed as some older institutions, but the university is making strides in improving its facilities. It’s worth visiting the campus to see if it meets your expectations.

  3. Student Diversity: The claim that students are "illiterate" or from "poor backgrounds" is both unfounded and unfair. AUD promotes inclusivity, and its student body is diverse, with people from various socio-economic backgrounds. This diversity can enhance your educational experience by providing different perspectives.

In conclusion, if you're passionate about psychology, AUD can offer a solid academic foundation. However, you should visit the campus, interact with current students, and weigh your options based on your personal preferences and academic goals.

where i can get admission in btech with 46 percentile in mht cet

Itisha negi 16th Aug, 2024

With a 46 percentile in MHT CET, your options for admission to B.Tech programs may be limited, as most institutions require higher percentiles for admission. However, you might still have some possibilities:

1. Private Engineering Colleges:

- Some private engineering colleges might have lower cutoffs compared to government colleges. You can check the admission criteria for private institutions.

2. Engineering Institutes in Maharashtra:

- small Private Colleges: Some smaller or less popular private engineering colleges might have lower cutoff scores.

3. Management Quota Seats:

- Some colleges offer management quota seats, which might have different admission criteria compared to regular seats.

4. Alternative Paths:

- polytechnic Courses: Consider pursuing a diploma in engineering (polytechnic), which can later help you lateral entry into a B.Tech program.

If you are open to exploring other entrance exams or states, you might find additional opportunities.

please answer me fast !! suppose , In MCA MHT CET cap rounds , consider in first cap round i got tfws seat , then can i go for betterment in next round ? If yes, then how ? and in second cap round i dont get any seat then the previous tfws seat is reserved for me or not ?

monag2673 20th Aug, 2024

Yes, you can opt for betterment in the subsequent rounds of the MCA MHT CET CAP (Centralized Admission Process) even if you have been allotted a TFWS (Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme) seat in the first round. Here’s how it works:

  1. Opting for Betterment :

    • Procedure : If you are allotted a TFWS seat in the first round but wish to seek a better option, you can opt for betterment in the next rounds. To do this, you need to express your preference for betterment when filling out your choices for the subsequent rounds. Ensure you follow the official guidelines provided by the admission authority.
  2. Seat Retention :

    • If No Betterment Seat is Allotted : If you do not get any seat in the second CAP round, your original TFWS seat from the first round will still be reserved for you. The seat is retained until you either accept a new allotment or the admission process concludes.
  3. Important Note :

    • Documentation and Confirmation : Keep track of all notifications and deadlines related to seat allotment and betterment. Ensure that you confirm your seat according to the prescribed procedures to avoid losing it.

you can go for betterment in the subsequent CAP rounds, and if you don’t get a new seat, your previous TFWS seat will be retained.

is the diploma students are eligible for mro exam or not

kumardurgesh1802 21st Aug, 2024

Hello Chelli,

No, diploma students are not eligible to appear for the MRO (Municipal Revenue Officer) exam.

The eligibility criteria for MRO typically require a bachelor's degree, usually in a field related to law or administration. Diploma holders are generally not considered eligible for this exam.

If you're interested in pursuing a career in municipal administration, you might consider pursuing a degree in law or public administration. These degrees would make you eligible for MRO and other related positions.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

my caste is sebc in mhtcet but i got seat allotment through defopen in cap 1 then should i pay the fees of open category or the sebc category? and can i also change the sequence of the college list in cap round 2

monag2673 20th Aug, 2024

If you received a seat allotment through the DEF-OPEN category in CAP Round 1 of MHT CET and your caste is SEBC (Socially and Economically Backward Class), here’s what you should do regarding fees and changing college preferences:

  1. Fee Payment :

    • Category-Based Fee : Since you were allotted a seat through the DEF-OPEN category, you should pay the fees applicable to the open category, not SEBC. The fee structure for DEF-OPEN is generally aligned with that of the open category seats, not the reserved category.
  2. Changing College Preferences in CAP Round 2 :

    • Sequence Modification : Yes, you can change the sequence of your college preferences in CAP Round 2. The CAP process allows you to update and modify your choices based on your preferences for the upcoming round. Make sure to log in to the CAP portal and re-rank your preferred colleges before the deadline for Round 2.
  3. Action Items :

    • Confirm Payment : Ensure you pay the fee for the open category as per the allotment guidelines.
    • Update Preferences : Carefully review and update your college preferences for the next round to maximize your chances of securing a better seat.

By following these steps, you ensure compliance with the fee requirements and enhance your chances of a favorable allotment in the subsequent rounds.

mene mera ews renew karwane ke liye diya h. mujhe govt. collage ka online admission form bharna h. mere pas old one h me use application form me use kar sakta hu kya? or bad me document verification me new ews laga sakta hu? kyoki new ews application form ki last date ke bad aayega.

Ishita 18th Aug, 2024

Hello Aspirant

Yes, you can attach your old EWS certificate for your current admission process because if you fail to present the proof, they may cancel your admission. What you can do is write a letter to the admissions office, addressing the Dean/Principal of the institution about your status of a new EWS Certificate and that you will present the new issue as soon it is published.

Rest assured, this will not be an issue. just talk to the admissions or administration office.

Hope this helps
