If I got low ranks in cusat exam or nata exam....can i have admission in these colleges on the basis of my marks in 12th.... I got 96.6% in 12th

Hridaya Rao 8th Sep, 2024
Hello Student,

Admission to Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) and NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) generally depends on entrance exam performance, not just 12th-grade marks.

1. CUSAT : Admission to CUSAT's undergraduate programs is primarily through the CUSAT CAT entrance exam. However, for some courses (like certain non-professional or vocational programs), your 12th-grade marks might play a role in the selection process. In professional programs like B.Tech, your CUSAT CAT rank is the main criterion.

2. NATA: For architecture programs, NATA scores are crucial for admission. While your 12th-grade percentage matters (you need at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Math), the NATA score is the key factor in determining your admission to architecture programs.

If your entrance exam scores are low, the chances of admission into competitive programs may decrease, but some institutions might have management quota seats where 12th-grade marks can be considered more significantly. It's best to check with the specific college for their admission policies.

Thankyou.

PWD category is horizontal reservation means it falls under category sub categories.you need to get atleast these marks to be eligible for medical colleges

General PWD: 45th percentile, which translated to a score of around 122 marks out of 720.

SC/ST/OBC PWD: 40th percentile, which was approximately 108 marks out of 720.

If i join MCA, the course is online or offline what will be the fees criteria..?

Jefferson 20th Sep, 2024

Hello! Greetings from Careers360! It's great to hear you're considering joining an MCA program . The format of the course—whether online or offline—can vary by institution. Typically, both options are available at many colleges, each offering unique advantages.

Regarding the fee structure, it also differs significantly based on the college, location, and whether it's a government or private institution. Generally, government colleges may have lower fees compared to private ones. You can expect the fees to range anywhere from INR 20,000 to INR 1,50,000 per year.

I recommend checking with specific colleges for the most accurate and detailed information on their MCA program, including the mode of delivery and fee criteria. If you have any particular colleges in mind or need suggestions, feel free to ask!

how is the patient inflow in MS ent program of BJMC, PUNE

Hridaya Rao 7th Sep, 2024
Hello there, The patient inflow for the MS ENT program at BJMC Pune is generally high due to its association with the Sassoon General Hospital, one of the largest hospitals in Pune. The hospital handles a significant volume of patients across various departments, providing extensive clinical exposure to medical students. This ensures a robust practical learning environment, which is a key factor in postgraduate programs like MS ENT. The combination of patient variety and high case load makes BJMC a reputable institution for clinical training.

Can 8th standard students also give the exam for 9th

Radhika Goyal 8th Sep, 2024

Hy,

Typically, students are expected to sit for exams that correspond to their current grade level. However, there are some situations where an 8th-grade student might be able to take a 9th-grade exam:

  1. Acceleration Programs : Some schools offer programs that allow advanced students to skip a grade or take exams for higher grades if they have demonstrated proficiency in the required material.

  2. School Policies : Individual schools may have specific policies regarding students taking exams for higher grades. It’s best to check with your school’s administration or guidance counselor to see if this is an option.

  3. Special Examinations : Certain educational boards or institutions might offer special examinations for students who are ready to advance beyond their current grade level.

  4. Educational Competitions or Tests : In some cases, there might be competitions or standardized tests that are open to students across different grades, regardless of their current level.

If you’re interested in having an 8th-grade student take a 9th-grade exam, contacting the relevant school authorities or exam administrators will provide you with the most accurate information and guidance.
