I born in U.P and completed my education (1st to 12th) from Jammu and kashmir ... and now I have domicle from J&k and samanya niwas praman from U.P .. now what to do ... does it lead any problem

sadafreen356 6th Sep, 2024

In india Domicile Certificate can be made only in one State/UT.you can get this by having relevant documents of that state.it is illegal to have two domicile certificate.

For example gujarat govt can give admission on the basis of education certificates past seven years to be eligible for that state domicile,

however, you can take admission in one state and other would be automatically gets cancelled as all the system is inter connected.person can only have one domicile at a time. A domicile is a person's permanent home, and a person can't have more than one domicile for the same purpose.

i scored 28 in physics theory and 30 in practical total 58 biology 35 theory and 30 practical total 65 chemistry 38 theory 30 practical total 68 am i eligible for neet can there be any problem during counciling

Prachi Kumari 6th Sep, 2024

Hello,

For NEET eligibility, candidates must score a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology in their 12th board exams for the General category, and 40% for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC). Your individual scores in Physics (58), Biology (65), and Chemistry (68) sum up to 191, which averages to about 63.67%. This meets the eligibility criteria for NEET.

As long as you meet the overall percentage requirement and the minimum marks in theory and practical, you shouldn't face issues during counseling. Ensure you meet category-specific requirements if applicable.

Hope it helps !

hi sir iam studying 10th standard how iam join in sit

Jefferson 6th Sep, 2024

Hey there! Thanks for reaching out to us at Careers360. I'll do my best to help you out.

So you're in 10th standard and interested in SIT, huh? That's great you're thinking ahead about your education! Just to make sure we're on the same page - when you say SIT, are you talking about Symbiosis Institute of Technology ? There are a few schools with those initials, so I want to be sure.

Assuming it is Symbiosis, here's the deal: You've still got some time before you can apply there directly. SIT is an engineering college, so you'll need to finish your 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, and Math first.

But don't worry! You're on the right track by asking these questions early. Here's what I'd suggest:

1. Focus on doing well in your 10th standard exams. Those grades will matter when you apply to junior college.

2. After 10th, choose a science stream for your 11th and 12th.

3. While in 11th and 12th, start prepping for entrance exams like JEE Main . SIT usually considers these scores.

If you want, I can dig up some more specific info about SIT's admission process. Just let me know if that would be helpful. And hey, good luck with your studies! It's awesome that you're planning ahead like this.
