My course bachelor in prosthetic and orthotic is of 4.5 years but in CAT exam only 4 Yr and 5 Yr option is available .... What should I fill in that ???

Hridaya Rao 3rd Sep, 2024
Hello Student,
For the CAT (Common Admission Test) exam form, when asked about your education status, you typically have two options:

1. Completed Graduation: This option is for students who have completed all requirements of their undergraduate degree, including passing the final exams and completing any mandatory internships or practical training.

2. Pursuing Graduation: This option is for students who are still in the process of completing their degree requirements, including pending internships, final projects, or exams.

Since you have passed your final exams but have not yet completed the mandatory internship, you should choose the option "Pursuing Graduation." This accurately reflects that your degree requirements are still in progress due to the incomplete internship.
Thankyou. I hope this information helped you

government veterinary seat in india

Kanishka kaushikii 3rd Sep, 2024

Government veterinary seats in India are highly sought after due to their affordability and the prestige associated with government institutions. Here's a brief overview:

Admission Process

  • NEET-UG: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) is the common entrance exam for admission to veterinary courses in India.
  • Counseling: After the NEET-UG, eligible candidates participate in state-level counseling processes to secure seats in government veterinary colleges.

Factors Affecting Seat Availability

  • Number of Veterinary Colleges: The number of government veterinary colleges in India is limited, which can impact the availability of seats.
  • State-Wise Quotas: Each state has its own quota for veterinary seats, which can influence the competition for admission.
  • Category-Wise Reservations: There are reservations for various categories, including SC, ST, OBC, and EWS, which can affect seat availability for general category candidates.

Popular Government Veterinary Colleges

While the exact ranking and reputation of government veterinary colleges can vary, some well-known institutions include:

  • Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), Bareilly
  • Veterinary College, Bangalore
  • College of Veterinary Science, Pantnagar
  • Veterinary College, Chennai
  • Veterinary College, Hisar

For more specific information, I recommend visiting the websites of state-level veterinary councils or the Veterinary Council of India. They can provide detailed information about admission procedures, counseling schedules, and seat availability for government veterinary colleges in different states.

For information about NEET-UG you can go through the link attached below.

hey my rank is 149000 general category..is there any chance of getting clinical seats and in which states? I have pmhs job also

Kanishka kaushikii 3rd Sep, 2024

The chances of securing a clinical seat with a rank of 149,000 in the general category are slim, especially considering the high competition for medical seats in India. However, the exact chances can vary depending on several factors, including:

  • State-specific cutoffs: Cutoffs for medical seats can vary significantly from state to state. Some states may have lower cutoffs compared to others.
  • Category-specific reservations: There are reservations for various categories, including SC, ST, OBC, and EWS. This can affect the overall competition for general category candidates.
  • Number of seats available: The number of seats available for clinical courses can also influence the chances of admission.

Given your PMHS job, you might consider the following options:

  1. In-service quota: Some medical colleges offer seats through the in-service quota for candidates who are already employed in the healthcare sector. If your PMHS job qualifies you for this quota, it could increase your chances of admission.
  2. Management quota: Some private medical colleges offer seats through the management quota. However, these seats can be expensive and may require additional fees.
  3. State-specific counseling: Participate in the counseling process for medical colleges in different states to explore all available options.

It's important to note that the situation can change from year to year. The best way to assess your chances is to:

  • Research state-specific cutoffs for previous years.
  • Contact medical colleges directly to inquire about admission requirements and quotas.
  • Consult with a career counselor who can provide personalized guidance based on your specific circumstances.

I hope this information helps you.

No, an AP student cannot get full reimbursement in TS MBA colleges through the tsicET exam, in Telangana, to be eligible for fee reimbursement you need to have telangana residence certificate or bona fide certificate issued by telangana government.
