3. Unconditional undertaking : This is a form that you need to fill out and carry with you to the exam center. The form will be released when the admit cards are issued. At that time, you can download the form and submit it at your exam center.

The application form for Doctor of Philosophy course at Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura 2025 is not released yet. It is expected that the application form will released next month in February 2025.
