Vanshika Agarwal 4th Jan, 2025

Yes, you can pursue a Master's in Nuclear Medicine Technology (MSc) after completing a Bachelor's in Medical Imaging Technology (BSc). You may need to complete additional coursework or prerequisites, such as courses in biology, anatomy, physiology, physics, and radiation safety. You'll need clinical experience under the supervision of a nuclear medicine professional and a certification from a recognised board/institute to work as a nuclear medicine technologist.

Sajal Trivedi 3rd Jan, 2025

Hello aspirant,

NCERT books are the basic foundation to prepare for most of the competitive exams and it is very important to read NCERT books for NEET. There are many questions in NEET exam that are directly asked from NCERT books and also it helps you to gain the basic knowledge of various topics which is very helpful for basic foundation.

  • State-Level Exams: Some states offer medical admissions through their own exams.

how many number in class 12 is required to get admission in uiet chandigarh . on official website of uiet the eligibility is just to get pass in class 12 . But on some website it is given that the eligibility is 60 percent . can you please this from the institute.

Sakshi Badoni 3rd Jan, 2025

Hello Greetings

The eligibility criteria for admission to UIET Chandigarh is a bit confusing, but I've got the clarification for you. According to the UIET Chandigarh's official website, the eligibility criteria for admission to B.E. programs is simply passing 10+2 in the science stream . However, some websites mention that the eligibility criteria is 60% in 10+2.

To clarify this, I would recommend verifying the information directly with the institute or checking the official website for the latest updates. It's always best to rely on the official sources for accurate information.

That being said, based on the reviews from current and former students, it seems that the admission process involves counseling through JAC Chandigarh, and students need to secure a good rank in JEE Main to get admission to UIET Chandigarh . Some students have mentioned that a JEE Main percentile above 90 can be sufficient to get admission to the college.

Have a great day

The eligibility criteria for BE to get admission into UIET Chandigarh is that candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with at least five subjects, including Hindi, English, Punjabi, Physics, and Mathematics. Some websites do suggest the minimum percentage however, that's not official, the recommended percentage however will be to get about 90% as a safe score to get admitted.

Hi Sarthak,

The University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET) , Chandigarh, has a specific eligibility criterion for admission to its undergraduate courses, including B.Tech programs.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission to UIET Chandigarh:

  1. Class 12 Marks:

    • As per the official UIET website, the basic requirement is to have passed Class 12 from a recognized board with the necessary subjects (usually Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for B.Tech).
    • The minimum percentage required may not always be explicitly stated as long as you have passed the board exam.
  2. JEE Main Score:

    • Admission to UIET is primarily based on JEE Main scores. You need to qualify for JEE Main and apply through the centralized counseling process.
    • JEE Main Cutoff: The cutoff for admission to various branches at UIET may vary depending on the number of applicants and the overall difficulty of the exam in a particular year.
  3. Additional Criteria for Some Courses (if any):

    • Some sources may mention a minimum of 60% in Class 12 as a threshold to be eligible for admission. This could refer to internal or specific course requirements that go beyond just "passing" Class 12.
    • The 60% figure may also apply to certain reserved categories, or to meet the eligibility criteria for appearing in JEE Main, or it could be a general guideline for highly competitive courses.

You can also check out the given site for more details about the University.

Hope this helps!

i got 206 in nmat is it possibe i get a calll from vit for mba?

Sakshi Badoni 3rd Jan, 2025

Hello Greetings

VIT Business School considers NMAT scores for MBA admissions. While the cutoff scores vary from year to year, here's a general idea:

VIT Business School NMAT Cutoff Trends

- _Previous year's cutoff_: Around 220-240

- _Average NMAT score for shortlisting_: 210-230

Given your NMAT score of 206, it's a bit challenging to predict a call from VIT Business School. However, it's not impossible.

Factors Influencing Shortlisting

1. _NMAT score_: While 206 is slightly below the average cutoff, it's still a competitive score.

2. _Academic performance_: Your undergraduate degree percentage, work experience (if any), and other academic achievements will be considered.

3. _Profile_: Your overall profile, including extracurricular activities, achievements, and fit with the program, will be evaluated.

To increase your chances:

Next Steps

1. _Check the official website_: Verify the admission criteria and cutoff scores on VIT Business School's official website.

2. _Apply to other colleges_: Consider applying to other MBA colleges that accept NMAT scores to keep your options open.

3. _Prepare for the interview_: If you do receive a call, prepare thoroughly for the interview to showcase your skills and fit with the program.

Keep in mind that admission decisions are holistic and depend on various factors. While a score of 206 might make it challenging, it's essential to stay positive and explore other opportunities.

Have a great day
