i filled my gate form with qualification wrong information by mistake, can i change the form or currect the my form? any solution.

Prachi Kumari 11th Sep, 2024

Hello,

If you've made a mistake in your GATE application form, such as entering incorrect qualification information, you may be able to correct it during the correction window that GATE provides. The correction window is usually opened after the application process closes, allowing candidates to rectify specific errors like qualification details, category, or exam city.

Also, you should check the official GATE website for the correction schedule and the list of fields that can be edited. If the mistake cannot be corrected, contact the GATE organizing body immediately for further guidance.

Hope it helps !

For specific timetables, refer to your college's hostel office or website.

Daily food timetable in college hostel

Tanya Gupta 23rd Sep, 2024

Hello,

A typical daily food timetable in a college hostel may include breakfast with items like idli, poha, or bread with tea/coffee. Lunch often consists of rice, chapati, dal, vegetables, and a side dish like curd. Snacks in the evening might include samosa or biscuits with tea. Dinner is similar to lunch but with different vegetable curries. Special items may be served on weekends, like biryani or dosa. Menus can vary across hostels.

Hope this helps you,

Thank you

As a PCB student can I get B.Sc in data science from BHU or DU University?

itsprashil6260 10th Sep, 2024

For a PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) student, getting admission to a B.Sc. in Data Science at BHU (Banaras Hindu University) or DU (Delhi University) might be challenging, as this field typically requires a background in mathematics.

1. Delhi University (DU) :DU generally requires students to have studied Mathematics at the 10+2 level for admission to courses like B.Sc. in Data Science or similar fields like Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics. If you don't have Mathematics as a subject in your 12th standard, you may not meet the eligibility criteria for these courses at DU.

2. Banaras Hindu University (BHU): Similar to DU, BHU usually requires Mathematics as a compulsory subject for courses like B.Sc. in Data Science or related fields. You would need to check the specific program's eligibility criteria, but generally, without a background in Mathematics, it may be difficult to qualify.

Hii, Good evening! I did my graduation from Bsc.IT from Mumbai University Am I quaified for ATC, IT and ogistics in Indian Navy? Requesting to answer me. Thank YOU!

itsprashil6260 10th Sep, 2024

Good evening! Whether you're qualified for the A1TC (Air Traffic Controller) IT (Information Technology)or Logistics branches of the Indian Navy after completing a B.Sc. in IT from Mumbai University depends on the specific eligibility criteria for each branch:

1. Air Traffic Controller (ATC)

- Eligibility Typically, for the ATC branch, a B.Sc. degree in Physics or Mathematics is required with at least 60% aggregate marks. Alternatively, a BE/B.Tech degree in any discipline with Physics and Mathematics at the 10+2 level may also be acceptable.

- Your Qualification: Since your degree is in B.Sc. IT  you may not meet the specific educational requirement for the ATC branch unless you had physics and Mathematics in your 12th standard. It’s best to check the latest notifications for updates on this.

2. Information Technology (IT):

-Eligibility  The IT branch of the Indian Navy requires candidates to have completed BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical Engineering, or an MCA or M.Sc. in Computer Science or IT.

- Your Qualification: Since you have a B.Sc. in IT you may qualify for the IT branch, depending on the specific requirements in the notification. Sometimes, preference is given to B.Tech or BE graduates, but B.Sc. IT could also be considered.

3. Logistics

- Eligibility: For the Logistics branch, a degree in B.Com, MBA, B.Sc. (IT), MCA, or PG Diploma in Finance/Supply Chain Management/Material Management is usually required, with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks.

- Your Qualification: With a B.Sc. in IT, you should be eligible to apply for the Logistics branch, as it falls within the acceptable educational qualifications.

There is split in reservation 20% SC quota in higher education into two blocks: Block A and Block B, with DSEC as a separate category. As per the guidelines released by the NTA, it is advised to select SC category for those who belong to deprived SC category also.in document verification you need to submit your caste certificate that's it there will be no problem in counselling process.
