Hello,

Multiplication of fractions can simple be performed as normal multiplication. Just multiply numerators first, then multiply denominators. There is no fixed rule. You can also multiply denominators first and numerators second. After multiplying, you will get a new fraction.

Now, we have to multiply 1/5 * 1/6, so we have:

1/5 * 1/6 = 1/(5 * 6) = 1/30 (Answer)
