1. To increase your marks you will need to give more time to your studies. You can get previous year paper and solve it in order to get more idea about the pattern and how to solve the question in exams. Ask the seniors and teachers for important questions and topics focus more on that. Try to understand things inspite of remembering everything.
2. A supplementary paper should not cause much issue as most of the college do not show it in the final result in case your college does reflect it, there is a very minimal chace that it will affect your placement. The hiring committee mainly looks for skills and if you have relevant skills then the marks or supplementary paper will not be a problem.
