Sanjana, if you were born in Gujarat and completed your 10th and 12th from any of the recognised boards of Gujarat, you needn't submit any domicile certificate for proof. Or else you will have to submit your domicile certificate to claim right to participate in Gujarat State Counselling. If you were not born in Gujarat, but have completed your 10th and 12th in Gujarat. to claim stake in Gujarat State Counselling, one of your parents should have been residents of Gujarat. There is no Institutional Quota in Gujarat.
