As you know neet cut-off is varying every year it's getting harder to predict beforehand.
Ananya College of Ayurved is a private institution, keeping in check your category and marks chances are high. Just attend the counseling properly and try to apply through AYUSH counseling.
For general category through AIQ you 50 percentile is the cut-off and for SC/ST/OBC it's 40th percentile.
It varies from state to state. It also varies from state to state quota seats to all india quota seats. However with 400 marks you can get government BAMS college easily under OBC category .
So keep your hopes high for BAMS this year. Now talking of the BAMS course and college accommodations: BAMS - Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and surgery is 5 years course with 6 months of mandatory internship.
The Ananya college of Ayurveda have 60 intakes for BAMS annually and it does provide all hostel facilities along. The total fees including the hostel, and mess are around INR 9 Lacs.
Besides all these I suggest you can apply to some BDS courses as well and to some better colleges for BAMS like :
