1) If i do not register for CA Inter group 1 will my attempt be counted? 2) If i register for group 1 but donot register for group 2, and when the registration for group 2 comes out, i donot register for it but register for it at a gap, will my attempt be counted?
Hey aspirant,
If an examinee appears for the first group and then opts out before the end of the examination for the last paper of the second group, the first group's result will be declared, and the opt out option will only apply to the second group.I'm assuming you've completed your exam forms for both groups but are unsure about sitting for group 2.
The effect would be the same whether you sat for the exam and attempted it or stayed home. So, I don't think you should try to avoid Group 2, because sitting or not sitting has no effect on your grade.
So what if you aren't sure about clearing group 2 because you aren't prepared? You've prepared for Group 1 haven't you? So, for the next few days, concentrate on group 1, because it's pointless to risk group 1 by giving group 2 10–15 days.
Give group 2 3–4 days in the last week of April after you've finished group 1 completely, and it's revision time as well (Prioritise Group 1).
This is only a suggestion; you must determine what works best for you.
All the best
