1 month is not enough for the strategic preparation for NEET. It will roughly take 4 -5 months to prepare strategically.

Here are some tips which will help you -

Read NCERT Books thoroughly

Always give priority to NCERT books, then prerefer any reference book

Solve sample papers and previous year question papers Daily

Take mock test

Revise the topics weekly

And stay motivated

Physics needs utmost focus and time because it involves with theoretical concepts and numbers. There should be a systematic approach in preparing for NEET.
