1) My brother has completed MBBS from West Bengal, He has NC-OBC certificate from Odisha. Does he need to apply for OBC certificate from West Bengal in order to be eligible for state quota in NEET-PG? 2) Can he sit for NEET-PG counseling from Odisha too?

Hey,

The West Bengal for admission in NEET PG state quota seats clearly requires that the candidate should have done his or her undergraduate MBBS from the state or West Bengal or he or she should have a permanent resident in the state.

You have done your MBBS from West Bengal so you can sit for state quota seat. As you belong to odisha so you will definitely be eligible for the state quota counseling of Odisha as well.
