Sorry but you cannot join this year for BBA programme in Madras Christian College. It is because of the admission criteria set by the MCC which is as follows:-
Eligibilty Criteria for BBA course in MCC:- The candidate must have passed class 12 from a recognized board. The admission is given to the candidate on the basis of marks in class 12.

I was passed in suplymentery exams with 7.8 grade points then MCC will join me

Yes if you are passed and have your marksheet in hand then you can apply in MCC. If you have good score in class 12 then you will get admission.
