- If you get admission in any government medical College there is a bond which is a process of admission with other documents.
Bond to be executed compels you to serve government for one year in case of medical graduate and 2 years in case of post graduate.
If you are not ready to serve government and want to start your private medical college then have to fine of 20 lakh for graduate and 50 lakh for post graduate.
-if you secure seat in management quota then there is no such bond.

I want to inform you that in Maharashtra all the government medical college and private medical college have bond but deemed university doesn't have bond.
In case you crack NEET PG/NEXT then also you have to follow the bond, there is no other option other than following the bond.
