10% reservation for upper caste is now law.Do I expect changes in the application form of CLAT 2019?

Hi,

You are getting it completely wrong; there is no 10% reservation for upper caste candidates. There is only provision of 10% reservation for economically weak candidates in general category and under this category candidates from all the categories can get a seat on the basis of merit if income of their family falls within the prescribed limit irrespective of their cast or religion. As far as the changes in the application is concerned for CLAT 2019, it may accommodate one or more sections related with the economically weaker category. I hope it helps!
