According to legal notice no medical seat can be filled with out qualifying neet, for this year minimum score 138, below this score can't get admission in any medical pathy or collage.

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General.
Now on such NEET score you cannot get admission in any course because on such score and category you are not even qualified for NEET 2021 because the cut-offs for NEET UG 2021 are as follows :-
-->>> General - 50th percentile - 720-138 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile - 137-108 marks
-->>> General-PwD - 45th percentile - 137-122 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile - 121-108 marks
Now without getting qualified in NEET UG 2021 you cannot get admissions in any of the courses such as MBBS, BAMS, BHMS and other Ayush courses neither in government college nor in private college. You should have at least 138 marks in order to qualify NEET and get admission in the required course.

You cannot any medical/dental college be it government or private , not even for BAMS in private colleges in Udaipur or anywhere
This is because,
You have failed to qualify neet examination but in order to be eligible for getting admission in MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS etc even in private colleges for management quota seat or anywhere you must qualify Neet examination
