As you mentioned your marks in MHT CET is as 100 ..with this marks you may get average colleges. Here you mentioned that you have defense quota ..so according to defend quota in mhtcet ..5% of  seat reserved for candidates who belong this category, but any kind of reservation is only available to resident of Maharashtra. In other words out of Maharashtra students are all considered as general category students.
