According to previous year's cutoff you need to have a rank below 7500 to get CSE in Amrita Bangalore campus if you have state quota. Since you have a rank of 10870, you have almost no chances to get into core CSE in Amrita Bangalore. You have no chances to get CSE specialization as well.
So if you don't get CSE then you can try for other branches such as Electronics and Communication Engineering or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering as per your preference.
