Hi
In the CBSE Class 10 board exams , if you have six subjects , the total marks you need to fill are calculated as follows :
Per subject marks : Each subject has a total of 100 marks ( 80 marks for theory exams + 20 marks for internal assessment or practical ) .
Total marks for six subjects : The total marks would be 600 marks ( 6 subjects x 100 marks each ).
Ensure you enter the correct total marks as per your CBSE marksheet and the subjects listed , if your school has any different assessment format .
Hope this information helps you .

ALL THE BEST .
Hello,
For CBSE Class 10, if you have six subjects, each subject is generally out of 100 marks, making the total 600 marks. When filling forms that require the total marks, enter the overall sum (e.g., 600). Ensure you add up the marks correctly for all six subjects if it's for calculating your score, as this will be crucial for accurate percentage or grade computation.
Hope this helps you,
Thank you
CBSE board uses a Best 5 subjects for calculating your percentage for class 10th That means, out of 6 subjects which you have taken in your class 10th, only those 5 subjects will be considered for evaluating your percentage in which your performance is better compared to the last one i.e., the subject in which you scored the least marks out of 6 subjects will not be considered to calculate your percentage.
So fill the marks of 5 subjects only and leave 1 subject in which your marks is low as compared to other 5 hope you understand.
All the best for your future endeavours..
