11:40 is reporting can i arrive at 12:30 as 1:30 gate will be closed or i wont be allowed?
It is always good to arrive at the reporting time and reach the centre on time. This not only lessens your burden but also makes you get comfortable with the centre and your room number.

See you can arrive by 12:30 for NEET examination but it is recommended to reach on the reporting time because there will be different batches and the candidates will be settled down in the examination center in different batches because of COVID-19 protocol, so try to reach as soon as possible.
Also note that you have to carry following items to NEET 2021 examination center :-
*** NEET admit card
*** Passport size photograph
*** Postcard size photograph
*** Valid ID proof - PAN card, Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, Ration card
*** Mask on face
*** Gloves on hand
*** Personal transparent water bottle
*** Personal small hand sanitizer (50 ml)
