Sorry to inform you that 116 is a very low to get admission in BDS. It will be difficult for you to get into semi government or any private college for bds. But don't loose your hopes you can still try in few private colleges in Karnataka. You might get admission there through Management Quota. I have mentioned the names below, check them out
